SmashRad is operated by Malden Ltd(company number 11672272, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU), the data controller for this site. Malden Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC165459.

We collect the minimum we need to run SmashRad: your email address, name (optional), a securely hashed password, and your question-answering activity (so we can show you your progress and recommendations).

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Transactional email (welcome, password reset, expiry reminders) is sent via Postmark. We use a session cookie, strictly necessary for signing you in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (which sets Google's analytics cookies). No advertising cookies are set.

Your data is stored in the UK/EU and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors named above. Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
